Please contact the parish office in order to complete a baptism registration form or you can download the form here. If this is your first child to be baptized, there will be a baptism class which the parents must attend. If the person to be baptized is an adult, then there will be a period of preparation (known as "RCIA" or the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults) in order to prepare the person for full entry into the Church.
